Boil Water Rescind Notice

December 12, 2025

Boil Water Rescind Notice

On       December 9, 2025 , the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system Port O'Connor Improvement District, PWS ID # 0290065 to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform our customers that due to reduced pressure in the Port O’Connor Improvement District Distribution System, water from the Port O’Connor Improvement District system must be boiled prior to consumption.

Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of

December 12, 2025.

If you have any questions, contact

Oscar Pena, District Manager 361-935-8522

If a customer wishes to reach TCEQ, they may call 512-239-4691
