4:00 pm Update: We are still trying to maintain our tank levels and will have to do so thru the night. Please continue to conserve water until we post an update first thing tomorrow morning. Also, we will remain under a Boil Water notice until further notice.

Attention POC Residents: We are currently pushing water into town and into our Elevated Storage, however we will only be able to do small amounts at a time until we get both tanks leveled out. So please Conserve Conserve Conserve. No unnecessary usage until told otherwise, this is very important to get water back into both tanks and cycling correctly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: WATER OUTAGE & BOIL WATER ADVISORY ????
A fiber contractor working for Frontier has accidentally damaged a main line.
Unfortunately, we were unable to isolate the leak in that area because we were not notified, which means the water leaked out of the broken main all night.
Also, because of communication issues with the scada connectivity district employees were not notified when tank levels dropped.
The broken line has been isolated however we are trying to refill our ground storage so we can start pushing water to town and Elevated storage. We are working hard to resolve the issue and we will keep the public updated.
As a result, water pressure has drop below the required 30 PSI, triggering a Boil Water Notice in accordance with public health regulations.

Conserve Conserve Conserve
Do to a communication issue between our Ground storage, Elevated Storage and Reverse Osmosis system, our tanks are extreme low at the moment. Please CONSERVE water as much as possible until we can get our levels back to normal. No washing laundry or running sprinklers or any unnecessary use of water at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
