Dear POCID Residents,

Providing you reliable services remains our top priority as does the health and well-being of our employees, residents and the community we serve. As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community continues top develop, we are monitoring the situation closely. At this time, our office remains open and will operate under regular business hours.

The CDC has advised that the best way to prevent illness is to avoid close contact with people who may be sick or have been exposed to the virus. We would like to remind you that there are alternative options to contact the POCID team for your needs:

Pay your bill during regular business hours. Report outages, questions or concerns during regular business hours and after hours.

*Drop Box: 39 Denman Dr (outside the District Office)

Your cash, check or money orders may be dropped off in the drop box.

In addition, we ask that you respect the health and safety of our field personnel by observing social distancing. It is vital that these individuals remain healthy during these times in order to ensure a continuity of service to each of our members.

Should the COVID-19 situation progress the POCID Board and leadership team may need to make decisions which modify existing operations. Please know that these decisions will not be made lightly and will follow in accordance with local, state and federal rules and regulations. Updates that may affect you will be communicated via email, social media (Facebook) and our website.

While the effects of this virus may be uncertain, we can assure you that the reliability of our service across the territories we serve is not. We remain committed to our mission and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unfortunate event.
