Monthly Roll-Off Bin Service
POCID offers a monthly roll-off bin for residential use on the first Saturday of each month.
A 30-cubic-yard roll-off bin will be located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant,
39 Denman (behind the POCID Office).

* 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (or until full)
Who May Use the Bin
- POCID customers only
- Residential waste only
- Customers must sign in with their name and Port O’Connor physical address
- Water bill required as proof of residency
Acceptable Items
- Carpet
- Furniture
- Mattresses
- Stoves
- Other large household items
❌ Prohibited Items
- Commercial waste
- Paint
- Trees or brush
- Tires
- Gas cans
- Freon
- Batteries
- Any other unacceptable or hazardous waste
